She is a graduate of the prestigious Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Law Magna Cum Laude. Later, she furthered her academic training with a Master’s degree in Corporate Business Law.

Her active participation in professional organizations highlights her commitment to her field of expertise. She is a member of the Dominican Intellectual Property Association (ADOPI), the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI), and the International Trademark Association (INTA). At INTA, she has participated in the Non-Traditional Trademarks, Parallel Imports Committees, and currently, for the second term, in the Unreal Campaign.
