With over 10 years of professional experience, she specializes in the areas of intellectual property, corporate law, and regulation. At INNVENTIVA, she manages portfolios of global brands, advises on trademark and patent application strategies, and participates in the preparation of intellectual property agreements and portfolio audits.
She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Latin American Intellectual Property School (ELAPI), as well as the Academic Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Informative Manual Committee of Countries of the Inter-American Association of Industrial Property (ASIPI). She is also a member of the Education and Copyright Committees of the Dominican Intellectual Property Association (ADOPI).
Her commitment to professional growth is reflected in her participation in specialized courses, such as the Summer Institute on Intellectual Property at UNH – Franklin Pierce School of Law and at the University of Geneva with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
